About 800 million rubles have been allocated to support the business of the border regions.

The Russian government has allocated an additional 800 million rubles from the reserve fund to provide subsidies to organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions.

The funds will be used to partially compensate employees for their downtime in 2024 and in the first quarter of 2025.

In October 2024, more than 1 billion rubles were allocated for such purposes on behalf of the President.

In addition, support measures are provided in these regions, including an annual deferral of taxes and insurance premiums for citizens and organizations, expanded budget financing for medical institutions, grants for the restoration or relocation of production, supplies of vehicles for mobile trade, equipment leasing benefits, free economic zones with special conditions for entrepreneurial activity.
