In 2024, titanium exports from Russia to China increased by 44% and reached 3,700 tons, although the total cost of supplies decreased by 1.4% to $89 million. The demand for titanium products in China is growing, especially in the aerospace, chemical and engineering industries.

In Russia, titanium consumption increased by 15% due to import substitution.

At the beginning of 2025, the price of titanium increased by 2.5% to $6370 per ton. The development of titanium processing in China may reduce future demand for Russian products.
