Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on the establishment of the presidential Fund, which will deal with environmental and environmental protection projects. The decree is published on the portal of legal acts.
The founder of the new foundation will be an organization that manages presidential grants for the development of civil society. During 2025-2027, the fund will receive 1 billion rubles annually in grants. The purpose of the new fund is to support environmental projects through competitive grants, develop environmental and animal welfare programs, and coordinate volunteer activities in this area.
