The militia of the LPR and the DPR will receive a disability pension in an undeclared manner.

The State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill that provides for the payment of two pensions to the militia of the DPR and LPR who were injured during the fighting: one for old age or seniority, the other for disability. The Russian government has prepared amendments for the second reading of the draft law.

Thus, according to the amendments, participants of volunteer formations who suffered on the battlefield will receive a disability pension in an undeclared manner. This approach is already provided for in the draft law for members of military formations.

It is also proposed to improve the procedure for paying pension savings of deceased members of the SVO.
