The Central Bank will not publish information about foreign payment service providers on its website for at least another year. The decision to extend the restriction was made by the Board of Directors of the Central Bank.

The regulator has postponed the publication of information about some market participants until December 31, 2025 inclusive.

The Central Bank has stopped publishing data on foreign participants in the Russian market in 2022 amid the introduction of anti-Russian sanctions. At that time, the list of participants in the Financial Messaging System was closed, and Russian issuers were allowed not to publish data, the disclosure of which could expose them to sanctions risks.
