Putin has made it clear that he does not intend to personally negotiate with Zelensky.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to allocate negotiators for a dialogue with Vladimir Zelensky. At the same time, the president noted that the leader of Ukraine is currently illegitimate.

In an interview with VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin, Vladimir Putin answered a question about potential negotiations with Kiev.:

You can negotiate with anyone, but because they are illegitimate, they have no right to sign anything. But if he wants to take part in the negotiations, I will single out such people," Putin replied.

Vladimir Putin has given the conflict in Ukraine one and a half to two months if the sponsors stop financing Kiev.
