In some Russian regions, up to five one-bedroom apartments can be purchased for the price of a one-room apartment in Moscow. According to experts, Moscow holds the leadership among Russian regions in terms of the cost per square meter in new buildings. The average cost of a studio apartment in the capital is 10-12 million rubles. For this money, you can buy a three-room apartment on the outskirts of St. Petersburg (247.8 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m.). Also, within 10 million rubles, you can buy a three-room apartment in the Moscow region, outside the MKAD.

In the Smolensk region, for the same amount, you can buy three one-bedroom apartments (89 thousand rubles per square meter), in the Orel region - four (86.6 thousand rubles per square meter), in the Pskov region, you can buy five one-bedroom apartments instead alone in the capital.
