US President Donald Trump has signed a decree temporarily suspending all US aid programs to other countries for 90 days. As reported by Reuters, we are talking about assistance provided "for international development purposes."

Thus, it is planned to check how much the provision of assistance corresponds to the political goals of the new Trump administration.

The publication reports that foreign aid to other countries from the United States as a whole amounted to no more than 1% of the budget, with the exception of special cases, such as support for Ukraine.
