The Kremlin is monitoring the signals coming from Washington, but so far there have been no suggestions about a possible conversation between the two leaders from the United States. This was announced to journalists by Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

According to him, Russia expects to receive concrete proposals "that can form the basis for a conversation." Based on these proposals, Russia will form its position.
