Russia has approved new indicators for assessing the digital transformation of ministries and departments

The Government of the Russian Federation has approved new indicators for assessing the digital transformation of federal ministries and departments. These indicators cover five main areas: public services and life situations, artificial intelligence services, domestic solutions, information security and digital maturity of processes.

There are currently more than 1,600 services on the public services portal. In this regard, it became necessary to combine them into convenient scenarios for citizens, called "life situations". Services remain a priority, but it is also planned to introduce artificial intelligence into the economy and social sphere.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a list of priority government systems, including the top 10 new federal information systems. Among them are digital platforms "Healthcare" and "Smart City", HR platform, big data processing system and platform for combating cyber fraud. These lists will form the basis for the register of IT expenses of all federal ministries and departments.
