The federal emergency regime was introduced due to a fuel oil spill in the waters of the Kerch Strait. This was announced on Thursday by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.

Recall that on December 15, during a storm in the Kerch Strait, tankers Volgoneft 212 and Volgoneft 239 crashed, carrying a total of about 9.2 thousand tons of fuel oil.

3.75 thousand tons of oil products have flowed into the waters of the Black Sea.
