In the Russian Federation in 2024, the demand for couriers increased by a third (+33%), and the average proposed salaries of couriers increased by more than a quarter (+27%). This is reported by TASS with reference to the data of Avito Rabota.
The average salary offered by employers to couriers today is 107 thousand rubles. Among the regions with the highest salaries of couriers were the Krasnoyarsk Territory (119.7 thousand rubles), Bashkortostan (117.8 thousand rubles) and the Tula Region (117.5 thousand rubles). Their salaries grew most noticeably in Novosibirsk (+44%), Rostov (+37%) and Volgograd regions (+30%).
It is noted that salaries in this area vary depending on the type of movement. The highest earnings are offered to car couriers (92.4 thousand rubles), followed by foot couriers (91.5 thousand rubles) and bicycle couriers (76.9 thousand rubles). The biggest increase in salaries was for foot couriers (+44%).There are not enough deliverers in the Far Eastern Federal District, the demand for them has increased by 47% over the year.
