The Government has allocated additional funding to support preferential lending programs in rural areas. 14 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes.
Thanks to this support measure, loans issued over the past three months will be subsidized, which will allow rates on more than 170 thousand loan agreements to remain at the same level.
In total, more than 24 billion rubles have been allocated in the budget for 2024 to support preferential lending mechanisms for rural residents. We are talking about supporting mortgage programs for residential housing at 3%, preferential loans for home improvement, preferential loans for the development of transport and engineering infrastructure.
