Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko signed an agreement on security guarantees. The signing ceremony took place on Friday in Minsk following a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of Russia and Belarus. 

Thus, the interstate treaty on security guarantees defines mutual allied obligations to ensure defense, protect the sovereignty, independence and constitutional order of Russia and Belarus, the integrity and inviolability of the territory and the external border of the Union State, and with the use of all available forces and means.quot;. We are talking, among other things, about Russian tactical nuclear weapons located on the territory of Belarus. 

Earlier, Putin and Lukashenko approved the concept of security of the Union State.
