The Ozon marketplace is using recruiting services to look for specialists who assist in the delivery and registration of employees from abroad. According to "Kommersant FM"/a>, the company plans to invite specialists from India to work.
In Russia, an online retailer wants to offer Indians positions of order pickers and warehouse employees.
Market experts note that bringing and hiring an employee from India to the Russian Federation will cost the company 70 thousand rubles. To recoup costs, a contract with such a specialist should be concluded for at least three to four months, but you can save on salary. Workers from India agree to much lower salaries than Russians ask for.
