Russia plans to introduce a new type of housing for students

A new type of housing may appear in the Russian Federation specifically for students and university staff. The Ministry of Education and Science is considering this possibility, TASS reports.

As explained in the department, we are not talking about replacing dormitories, but about supplementing the existing housing stock. It is assumed that the new type of housing will have more comfortable conditions in comparison with a hostel and cheaper than renting an apartment. Such facilities will also be located next to educational institutions.
