SVR: The West is planning the occupation of Ukraine under the guise of bringing in a peacekeeping contingent

As the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of the Russian Federation reports, due to the lack of prospects for inflicting strategic defeat on Russia on the battlefield, the West is looking for the possibility of freezing the Ukrainian conflict to restore the combat capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and an attempt at revenge.

To solve their problems in Ukraine, Western countries can move to its actual occupation by introducing the so-called peacekeeping contingent of 100,000 people.

According to the service, the opponents have already planned how they will divide the territory of Ukraine among themselves.

"The territories that are supposed to be distributed among the occupiers have been identified: the Black Sea coast - Romania; the western regions of Ukraine - Poland; the center and east of the country - Germany; the northern regions, including the capital region - Great Britain," the SVR said in a statement.
