The State Duma has increased fines for employers who refuse employment to people with disabilities

Amendments have been added to the Code of Administrative Offences, increasing fines for employers who do not fulfill their duties to create or allocate jobs for people with disabilities. The relevant bill was adopted in the State Duma in the second and third, final readings.

According to the innovation, entrepreneurs who do not allocate jobs for the employment of disabled people within the established quota, as well as those who refuse employment to disabled people within the quota, will be punished with fines: 20-30 thousand rubles for officials, 30-50 thousand rubles for sole proprietors and 50-100 thousand rubles for legal entities.
