In August, rental housing in the Russian Federation rose in price more than in the entire second quarter of this year. This is reported by TASS with reference to the data of the portal "World of apartments".

Experts attribute the increase in the cost of renting housing to the abolition of preferential mortgages and the reorientation of demand.

The average rent of one-room apartments in the country rose by 9.2%, to 25.7 thousand rubles per month, two-room apartments - by 8.4%, to 32.2 thousand rubles, three-room apartments - by 6.7%, to 38.8 thousand rubles.

"lt;p> The most noticeable rental rates in August were in Tolyatti ("one-bedroom" by 15.4%, "two-bedroom" by 24.8%, "three-bedroom" by 24.1%), Vladikavkaz (28.4%, 23.2% and 11.2%), Izhevsk (16,3, 18%, 27,8%), Bryansk (25,5%, 10,5%, 17,8%), Samara (17,9%, 23,3%, 9,3%), Kursk (7,7%, 16,6%, 27%), Volgograd (22.9%, 15%, 11.6%), Yaroslavl (21,7%, 17,1%, 9,3%), Saransk (25,9%, 16,9%, 2,7%), Saratov (11,4%, 18,2%, 15,2%).

In Moscow, rented housing rose in price by 6.6%, 7.2%, 3.8%, in St. Petersburg - by 18.4%, 11.6% and 8.4%, respectively.
