On September 7, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin opened the first section of the new Troitskaya line of the Moscow metro via video link. This is reported by the website of the mayor of Moscow.

Recall that the Troitskaya line will run from the MCC station &ZIL» in the Danilovsky district to the city of Troitsk. An 8.3 km long section has been opened from «Innovative » to &Tyutchevskaya », at the first of these two stations there is a transfer to the Big Ring Line.

In addition to the metro station, the president of the country and the mayor of the capital opened a new campus of Bauman Moscow State Technical University and the first stage of the Moskino Film Park on City Day. The new campus of the university became the first facility in the country built according to the federal project "Creation of a network of modern campuses".

In addition, on September 7, Vladimir Putin took part in a solemn event at the Zaryadye Concert Hall on the occasion of the 877th anniversary of the founding of Moscow.
