To date, there are no prerequisites for negotiations on Ukraine. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters about this. Peskov called the fact of the lack of conditions for negotiations "obvious".
"At the moment, it is more than obvious that there are no prerequisites for such negotiations," he said. Peskov also did not confirm the existence of any settlement plan for the Ukrainian issue proposed by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
