Tyumen development company &Enco» has bought the construction company GK &Instep», one of the largest players in the construction market of the Central Federal District (CFD). This is reported by the Voronezh News website.

The amount of the transaction was not disclosed, but some experts estimate it at 5 billion rubles. After the takeover of Instep, the managers and owners of Enco are confident that their company will take a leading position in the Russian real estate market, increasing its assets, which will help implement major projects.

It is known from open sources that the company &Instep» has been active in the Voronezh, Lipetsk and Kursk regions for more than 12 years, since 2012. Last year, the developer commissioned more than 99 thousand square meters of housing, and currently implements projects with a total area of 277 thousand 480 square meters and has a land bank in the area of 1 million square meters.meters. Instep ranks 65th in the rating of Russian developers. Until very recently, Instep was owned by Anatoly Shmygalev, a well-known businessman who is now going to deal with finance, in particular, to create a venture fund for engineering, fintech and artificial intelligence projects. In turn, the company &Enco» occupies the 39th place in the rating of Russian developers, and has a current construction volume of 373 thousand 614 square meters and a land bank with an area of 4 million 970 thousand square meters. meters. Back in 2022, Enco began its expansion in the Russian construction market, the company acquired a land bank in the Sverdlovsk Region, assets in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Tatarstan. With the acquisition of Instep, Enko will expand its presence in Russia, the company will be represented in seven regions, this will allow the company to enter the TOP 20 largest developers in the country, it is possible that expansion will continue.

According to «Rusprofil», the company «Enco Regions» with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles belong to Elena Nizamova, who owns 70.01% of the authorized shares, Andrey Verkhovtsev and Konstantin Mirensky, who own 10% of the shares, as well as the company LLC «Sberbank Investments » (9.99%). These same individuals own shares of 80% and 10% each in a couple dozen other companies named "Enco".
