Dmitry Akulov, the head of Sergiev Posad in the Moscow region, is suspected of receiving bribes in the amount of 15 million rubles

The head of Sergiev Posad in the Moscow region, Dmitry Akulov, and the head of the local MFC, Yulia Kaminskaya, were detained on suspicion of corruption crimes. This is reported by the press service of the GSU of the UK.

According to the investigation, Dmitry Akulov systematically received bribes from the head of the MFC, the total amount of bribes amounted to 15 million rubles.

From January 2019 to July 2024, the head of the MBU « MFC Sergiev Posad G.O.& Julia Kaminskaya fictitiously employed five employees in various positions at the MFC, who in fact did not go to work. The salary for them was received by the head of the MFC. This money was transferred to Dmitry Akulov.

As far as we know, Yulia Kaminskaya is already in jail, that is, a preventive measure has been chosen against her in the form of arrest. As for Dmitry Akulov, a preventive measure will be chosen against him on August 10 in the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow.
