Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of the Russian President for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, and Yana Lantratova, a member of the Russian State Duma and Human Rights Commissioner, may attend a meeting with U.S. First Lady Melania Trump scheduled for November 5. The final composition of the Russian delegation will depend on the resolution of visa and logistical issues.

This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. According to him, Moscow hopes that Dmitriev will be able to attend the event, but the main representative of the Russian side is expected to be Lantratova.

However, the Human Rights Commissioner’s trip is also not yet guaranteed. As Peskov clarified, several hours before his statement, not all members of the delegation accompanying Lantratova had received their visas.

"If the logistics fall into place, it will be Yana Lantratova and Kirill Dmitriev," Peskov concluded.
