The U.S. continues to supply Ukraine with military equipment, but now the costs are fully covered by European countries, according to RIA Novosti, citing an interview with U.S. President Donald Trump on Fox News.
According to the American leader, Washington organizes the delivery of military equipment and weapons through the European Union, which reimburses the United States for their full cost.
Trump also noted that the U.S. had previously provided military equipment to Kiev worth about $350 billion. However, as the president claims, Washington did not demand financial compensation from Ukraine for these deliveries.
"I am still supplying arms to Ukraine. I do it through the European Union, but they pay us for everything in full," Trump said.
