### Russian Guard Proposes Uniform Changes for Military Personnel
The Russian National Guard (Rosgvardia) has drafted amendments to the regulations governing the provision of military uniforms to its personnel. The proposed changes include an expanded list of clothing items, adjustments to specific elements of equipment, and clarifications on uniform-wearing rules. The draft presidential decree has been published on the official portal of legal acts.
Among the changes, the agency suggests including insulated hats and polo shirts in the uniform sets. For certain categories of personnel, everyday caps and hats of specific colors are also proposed.
Additional changes will affect senior officers. Specifically, the proposal includes introducing ceremonial wool trousers with stripes and gold braid for this group.
The uniforms for aviation and naval units of the Russian Guard will also be revised. For example, senior officers in aviation units will be provided with uniform elements in blue with light blue stripes and piping. Similar color schemes, adjusted for rank, are proposed for other officers and warrant officers.
Furthermore, the draft clarifies requirements for footwear. Military personnel will be allowed to wear black or camouflage boots with high ankles. Previously, this provision applied only to certain categories of personnel.
