An investment consortium led by the company "Promstroystroy" has become the new owner of the game developer "Lesta Games" (projects "World of Tanks" and "World of Warships"). The corresponding record of the change of ownership appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EГРЮЛ).

The companies were transferred to 100% ownership in the legal entities "Lesta Games Moscow", "Lesta Games Agency" and "Lesta".

In "Lesta", the transfer of the asset to the new owner was confirmed, emphasizing that the investment consortium is focused on the development of the Russian gaming industry. The amount of the transaction and the personal composition of the consortium are not disclosed.

"In the next three years, we plan to invest up to 10 billion rubles in the development of the Russian gaming industry, including through the creation of a venture fund. The main focus of the fund will be teams with developed expertise in relevant gaming niches. Our goal is to release at least five new products in total over the next three years," a representative of "Promstroystroy" told Interfax.

Earlier, in 2025, following a decision by the Tagansky Court, "Lesta Games" was nationalized, and the activities of its former owners were recognized as extremist.
