Issuer of "Rusbond-Udobreniya" places bonds worth 700 million yuan.

The company has issued exchange-traded bonds series 001P-01 worth 700 million yuan at nominal value.

Through public subscription, the company sold 700,000 bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 yuan.

The coupon period is 30 days.

The bonds have a circulation period of 5 years, with an offer after 1.5 years.

The coupon rate until the offer is set at 8.95% per annum based on the results of the tender.

The initial guideline for the first coupon rate was in the range of 8.75-9.00% per annum.
