Brent crude tops $89 a barrel for first time since July 31

Brent crude oil prices are rising during trading on August 11, according to data from the London-based ICE exchange.

During trading, the price of the October Brent futures contract increased by 1.66%, reaching $89.18 per barrel, the highest level since July 31.

Meanwhile, the price of the September WTI futures contract was up by 1.78%, reaching $83.59 per barrel.
