Oil prices continued to rise on July 23 amid the ongoing escalation of conflict in the Middle East, according to trading data.
The price of September Brent crude futures on the ICE Futures exchange in London was up 4.9% from the previous day at 14:25 Moscow time (11:25 GMT), reaching $98.68 per barrel.
Meanwhile, September WTI crude futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) were up 3.82%, trading at $90.15 per barrel.
