PKO "ASV" Issues Exchange-Traded Bonds Worth 650 Million Rubles

Professional debt collection agency PKO "ASV" has successfully issued series BO-05-001P exchange-traded bonds worth 650 million rubles at face value.

The company sold 650,000 bonds, each with a face value of 1,000 rubles, through a private placement to qualified investors.

The bonds have a three-year maturity period.

The coupon period is 30 days.

The coupon rate for the entire term of the bonds was set at 24% per annum following the book-building process.

IC "RIKOM-TRUST" acted as the organizer and placement agent.

An overview was presented by Alexey Grishchenko, Ph.D., professor at the Department of Operational and Sectoral Management of the "Higher School of Management" Faculty at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
