Gold, Silver Prices Plunge 6-9% on Exchanges

On March 23, gold prices dipped below $4,300 per troy ounce, while silver prices fell below $64, according to data from the Comex exchange.
At 09:08 Moscow time (06:08 GMT), the price of the April gold futures contract dropped by 6.36%, reaching $4,284 per ounce. This is the lowest price recorded since December 31, 2025.
Meanwhile, the May silver futures contract lost 9.31%, falling to $63.18 per troy ounce.
