Yandex to Sell Avto.ru for 35 Billion Rubles

Yandex announced the sale of its Auto.ru business. The new owner will be T-Auto, a company within the T-Technologies group.

Yandex stated that the agreement for the sale of Auto.ru to T-Auto has already been signed. The deal is valued at 35 billion rubles.

After the sale, Auto.ru will retain its team and continue to develop as a separate service under the same brand. T-Auto will acquire the car sales listing service itself, as well as the B2B platform Auto.ru Business and eCredit.
