Major fire erupts at Krasnodar region oil depot following drone strike

In the night from March 7 to March 8, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck an oil depot in Armavir.

According to a statement from the regional operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory, the scale of the fire incident at the oil transshipment facility in Armavir reached 200 square meters.

The authorities reported that the cause of the fire at the oil depot was an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle. The statement emphasized that, according to preliminary information, no one was injured as a result of the incident.

The area engulfed in flames is estimated at 200 square meters. Efforts are currently underway to extinguish the large-scale fire.
