Asian markets closed the week on a negative note.

Here are the key figures and trading results from major regional exchanges:

- Nikkei 225 down 0.6%;

- Hang Seng down 1.6%;

- ASX 200 down 1%;

- Nifty 50 down 0.7%.

It is worth noting that Asian stock exchanges open at 3:00 am and close at 1:00 pm Moscow time.

Key stock exchanges in Asia:

- Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE, Japan) - market capitalization over $4.5 trillion, benchmark index Nikkei 225;

- Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE, China) - the largest in Asia with a market capitalization of $5 trillion, foreign investors operate through Hong Kong intermediaries;
