Air Defense Forces Destroyed 63 Drones Over Russian Regions Overnight

In the night of January 18, air defense forces repelled a massive drone attack. From 23:00 on January 17 to 7:00 on January 18, air defense crews intercepted and destroyed 63 Ukrainian aircraft-type UAVs. The largest number of targets was neutralized over the Belgorod region – 23 drones. Another 13 drones were shot down over the Bryansk region. Six UAVs were destroyed over the Rostov region and the territory of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. Four drones were eliminated over the Astrakhan region and the same number over the Volgograd region. In addition, two drones were intercepted over the Kursk region. One UAV was destroyed over the Voronezh and Ryazan regions, the Stavropol Territory, and the Republic of Crimea. Another unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down over the Azov Sea waters.
