GLORAX Group to Launch Bond Subscription with Yield up to 23% Per Annum

GLORAX Group will hold a bond subscription with a yield of up to 23% per annum.

The issuer plans to conduct a bond subscription for series 001P-05 bonds on January 23rd from 11:00 to 15:00 Moscow time.

The technical placement of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for January 28, 2025.

The planned placement volume is no less than 3 billion rubles.

The nominal value of one security is 1,000 rubles.

Term of circulation is 3.5 years.

Coupon period is 30 days.

The yield of the first coupon is expected to be no higher than 21.00% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to maturity of no higher than 23.14% per annum.
