Trading on the stock exchange after the New Year holidays opened with an increase in gasoline prices. This is evidenced by the data of the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange.

On the first trading day of 2026, AI-92 gasoline rose by 1.2%, to 54,673 thousand rubles per ton, AI-95 gasoline increased by 0.48%, to 59,003 thousand rubles per ton.

At the same time, diesel fuel prices went down. Summer diesel lost 1.17% in a day, to 53,914 thousand rubles per ton, intermediate diesel - 1.72%, to 53,455 thousand rubles per ton, winter diesel - 1.09%, to 60,985 thousand rubles per ton.

Furnace fuel oil increased by 4.85%, to 11,774 thousand rubles per ton, aviation kerosene - by 0.46%, to 76,589 thousand rubles per ton, liquefied hydrocarbon gases - by 1.78%, to 20,868 thousand rubles per ton.
