MFIC "Sovcom Express" has placed bonds worth 500 million rubles.

MFIC has placed exchange-traded bonds of series 001P-01 for 500 million rubles at nominal value.

The issuer sold 500,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.

The circulation period is 4 years, with a Put option provided on the date of the 24th coupon payment.

The coupon period is 30 days.

The repayment of the nominal value of the bonds is carried out in amortization parts: 10% in the date of payment of the 39th to 48th coupons.

The coupon rate for the period until the offer is set at 19.50% per annum based on the results of the tender.

Bonds are available for purchase only by qualified investors.

Sovcombank acts as the organizer and placement agent.
