In Russia, the number of digital crimes decreased by 9.5% over the first 10 months of 2025 compared to the same period last year, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin reported.

According to Mishustin, more than 3 million Russians have used the "Gosuslugi" service to protect themselves from cyber fraud, around 800,000 Russians have placed a self-ban on obtaining new SIM cards, and 20 million people have done so for consumer loans.

He noted that work continues in the country on new legislative measures against cyber fraud.
