Reconstruction work at airports in Donbass and Novorossiya is planned to be launched from 2028, TASS reports, citing Deputy Transport Minister Konstantin Pashkov.

"It is planned to restore airports in Donetsk, Lugansk, Mariupol, as well as in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia," he said at a meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Legislators.

Pashkov emphasized that the ministry is waiting for the cessation of hostilities and the opportunity to work.
