This is reported by the regulator on its website. 2 The Central Bank also annulled the license of the "IS bank" to conduct professional activities on the securities market. 3 The Central Bank noted that the activities of the credit institution were largely focused on lending to high-risk borrowers. The bank underestimated credit risks, posing a threat to its financial stability. In addition, significant volumes of suspicious client transactions were conducted to withdraw funds into the shadow economy. The management and owners of the "IS bank" did not take measures to reduce existing risks.
