84.7% of the Planned Volume Expended on National Projects

As of December 1, 2025, the federal budget expenditures for the implementation of national projects totaled 5.1 trillion rubles, which corresponds to 84.7% of the planned volume. This information is reported by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. The highest level of implementation was recorded for the national projects "International Cooperation and Export" (91.7%), "Youth and Children" (89.2%), "Efficient and Competitive Economy" (87.8%), "Family" (86.0%), "Infrastructure for Life" (85.6%), and "Industrial Support for Transport Mobility" (85.6%). Next in terms of implementation volume are "Prolonged and Active Life" (84.9%), "New Technologies for Health Savings" (82.4%), "Tourism and Hospitality" (80.4%), "Talents" (74.0%), "Unmanned Aerospace Systems" (70.8%), "Efficient Transport System" (69.4%), and "New Nuclear and Energy Technologies" (67.7%). The lowest implementation rates were recorded for the following national projects: "Environmental Well-being" (67.4%), "Technological Support for Food Security" (66.8%), "New Materials and Chemistry" (66.7%), "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State" (64.1%), and "Means of Production and Automation" (62.9%).
