Minцифры expanded the list of applications and websites that will remain accessible during the internet shutdown. This is stated in the press service message of the department.

Websites of regional authorities, as well as regional healthcare, education, and transport platforms, were included in the «white list». The list also includes the «DomClick» service, the online cinema Okko, the websites of the Central Bank, the security system «Tsaritsa Satellite», projects «Country of Opportunities» and «Your Move», and the websites of media outlets, including «Известия» and TASS. Only those websites and applications whose computing power is hosted within the territory of the Russian Federation are included in the «white list».
