Patrushev: Integrated Environmental Permits Have Already Been Received by 3,600 Enterprises

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev discussed with ministries the issue of obtaining comprehensive environmental permits, which confirm that an organization meets environmental protection requirements or plans to modernize its production. According to him, 3,600 companies have already successfully completed this task. > "Since the beginning of 2025, about a thousand companies have received comprehensive environmental permits. To date, more than 3,600 enterprises have successfully completed the task. Another 152 applications are currently under consideration by Rosprirodnadzor. We need to gradually increase the level of environmental responsibility of businesses. Enterprises should smoothly transition from outdated and resource-intensive technologies to more modern ones," Patrushev said. The requirement for large enterprises that may have a negative impact on the environment to obtain comprehensive environmental permits came into effect on January 1 of this year. Enterprises that did not submit applications for obtaining these permits were subject to inspections by Rosprirodnadzor. Regions with low activity in obtaining these permits were even taken under the "patronage" of federal authorities.
