Toyota Secretly Discusses Work Schemes with Russian Dealers

Toyota is interested in resuming its operations in Russia. Recently, the company held a secret meeting with major Russian dealers and discussed working schemes, as reported by a representative of one of the dealership networks on Autonews.ru.

The information was also confirmed by former head of the Association "Russian Automobile Dealers" Oleg Mosyov, who added that the Japanese company has already conducted several such meetings. The discussions include importing Toyota brand cars through China.

According to the source, negotiations with Russian dealers became secret after the meeting between Putin and Trump in Alaska, where participants signed a non-disclosure agreement.

It is worth noting that Toyota ceased its operations in Russia in 2022 following the start of the special operation.
