The Central Bank is issuing a gold coin with a face value of 10,000 rubles.

On October 28, 2025, the investment gold coin "St. George the Victorious" with a face value of 10,000 rubles and 999 fineness will be issued. According to the Bank of Russia, the coin has a diameter of 100 mm, and there is a raised bead around the circumference on both the obverse and reverse sides of the coin. On the obverse of the coin, the following inscriptions will be visible: "RUSSIAN FEDERATION", "BANK OF RUSSIA", "10000 RUBLES". The reverse side will feature a relief image of St. George the Victorious on horseback, piercing a serpent with a spear. The mintage of the new coin will amount to up to 0.1 thousand pieces, and it will be accepted at face value for all types of payment within the territory of the Russian Federation.
