Donald Trump announced a productive telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin. Telegram channel "Before anyone else. Well, almost" reports that, according to the American leader, he can lead to the establishment of peace.

Trump added that the United States would not have to tighten sanctions against Russia.

Trump also said that Marco Rubio, the United States Secretary of State, is arranging a meeting with Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister.

They will meet pretty soon, they will set the time and place pretty soon, maybe they have already talked, Trump said at the White House.
