In 2024, 1.47 million Russian citizens visited the United Arab Emirates, which is 13.4% more than in 2023. This follows from the materials prepared for the meeting of the Presidents of Russia and the United Arab Emirates, Vladimir Putin and Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The materials also report that the number of UAE citizens who visited Russia increased by 54% and reached 67 thousand people. This is the highest rate among the countries of the Persian Gulf.
