Aeroflot shares fell amid statements about flights to the United States

After the statement by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov about the minimal response of the United States to the proposal to restore direct flights between the countries, Aeroflot shares showed negative dynamics on the Moscow Stock Exchange.

Prior to the announcement (11:08 a.m. Moscow time), the shares were up 0.39% to 62.27 rubles per share.After the statement (11:56 Moscow time)There was a decrease of 0.98% to 61.42 rubles per share.

By 12:03 Moscow time, the decline slowed to 0.73% (61.58rubles per share).

However, Ryabkov noted that although the response from the American side is minimal, the parties are not putting this issue on hold.
